1、無補償直埋敷設(shè)方式: 無補償直埋敷設(shè)就是利用土壤和外護管之間的摩擦的阻力固定管道,土壤和管道的摩擦的阻力相加的值大于等于 管道的膨脹力的時候。管線不會再伸長,就可以不加補償器,這時候管道在熱脹冷縮的時候就會產(chǎn)生位移的勢能,被 存儲在管道壁上。無補償直埋敷設(shè)的時候,在管道上面不用設(shè)置補償器、滑動支架、固定支架等附件,管道在直管段 基本是處在停止的狀態(tài)。在彎管、出土地方等的自由端在摩擦長度范圍內(nèi)有位移。
1. 2、一次性補償直埋敷設(shè)的方式: 這種聚氨酯直埋保溫管敷設(shè)方式是在管道的一個地方設(shè)置固定的支架和一次性的補償器,它的工作原理就是把這 種產(chǎn)品的焊管道上,把管道的溫度按照要求加熱到一定的值,波紋膨脹節(jié)會有相對應(yīng)大壓縮,在這種狀態(tài)下將補償器 外套筒鋸形搭接焊縫焊死,后面補償器就成為了剛性整體,不再有補償?shù)哪芰Α9ぷ鞯臅r候就是管道的拉伸—壓縮的 彈性的變型來補償,用這個方式,這一段管道的設(shè)計溫差下產(chǎn)生的變形的總量的一部分就讓補償器來補償,這個的作 用是讓管路工作的時候拉伸壓縮的平衡的點在設(shè)計溫差變形總量的中點,一次性補償器使用與工作壓力≤2.5MPa、工 作溫度≤120℃的管道,它的使用的壽命超過30年
2. One time compensation directly buried laying method: this polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe laying method is to set a fixed support and one-time compensator in a place of the pipeline.
